About Us
Coffee, Cowboys, and cows. Not a combination that immediately comes to mind when you think of each of the elements on their own, but this partnership goes back at least a century. When combined, there is a sort of magic that happens, and the result is experienced the world over.
It may be a morning cup of joe that gets the cowboy geared up for a day in the saddle. A day where anything can happen from moving cows to a new pasture, to loading them on a truck to take to the sale, or even to landing on their rear when their horse zigs instead of zags. A big thermos of hot, black coffee is also the reward at the end of the drive after that work is done. As he gathers with his friends around the trailer, they will tell the same stories and add a couple of new ones. He is proud of the accomplishment and wondering if the fruits of their labor will be a hamburger at a family barbecue, or a filet mignon at a wedding reception.
Wherever the herd is sold, and whatever those sides of beef become, for the cowboy, knowing his work is impacting the world in some way, makes the coffee taste that much better.
