Blackened Creole Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled
  • 1–2 tbsp Open Range Creole Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 lemon

Method

  1. Pat shrimp dry and toss with Creole Seasoning until well coated.
  2. Melt butter in a cast-iron skillet over medium-high until foaming.
  3. Add shrimp in a single layer; cook 2 minutes per side until blackened and opaque.
  4. Finish with a squeeze of lemon. Serve over rice or grits.
